Parkview Public School is located in Lindsay, Ontario, and is home to over 400 students in grades kindergarten through to grade six.

“Academic Excellence in a Positive School Environment” is our school. Parkview Public School has committed and hard-working students. Our students are community-minded team players who demonstrate strong character traits.

Our dedicated staff members work collaboratively with students and the community to deliver quality academic achievement. We have a School Advisory Council that meets regularly to advise on school issues. Parents 4 Parkview is a fundraising group that provides funds to enrich our school experience. Staff and community members are dedicated to being part of a quality, well-rounded educational experience for our students.

School history

Parkview Public School is located in Ontario as part of the Trillium Lakelands District School Board. It is a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 school and first opened its doors in October 1960. The original building housed seven classrooms. In September of 1971, a new wing, containing 10 more teaching areas, was opened. Presently, Parkview has an enrollment of approximately 400 students and has additional classes located in portables on the school property.
