Today, we celebrated the Parkview community at our monthly assembly. A student from each class was recognized for their outstanding demonstration of SELF CONTROL over the course of April. We also recognized 73 students for PERFECT ATTENDANCE for the month of April. Members of our Panthers basketball teams were recognized for their seasons. We also celebrated individuals, classes and the whole school for an amazing fundraising project, donating over 1500 pairs of used shoes. Congratulations to all those that were celebrated today!
Skipping Club
Skipping club started this week! Any students who wish to learn to skip or learn new skipping skills are welcome to join. Skipping club will take place on Wednesday at first recess for grades 1 to 3 and on Friday at first recess for grade 4 to 8.
We have some aspiring grade 3 newspaper columnists here at Parkview. Dean and Jack have been collecting the hottest scoops around Parkview and report them in their “Parkview Weekly”. Great job!
