June 4 Weekly Update

Final Month of the School Year!

The end of this school year is in sight. We have many things planned throughout the month to celebrate a successful school year. Just a reminder that while we are at school, it’s still business as usual and students are reminded about school expectations throughout the duration of the month.

PA Day

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow (Friday, June 5) is a PA Day. There is no school for all elementary students… That’s right Panthers, your older siblings that go to high school have to go to school tomorrow.

Grad Award Donations?

Parkview is asking for any last minute monetary donations to be made by local businesses to help support our first graduating Grade 8 class. Any amount can be donated by cash or cheque made to Parkview Public School. This sponsorship will include the company’s name next to one of our graduating awards and mention at our graduation ceremony. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you for supporting our future change-makers!

Future Track and Field Olympians

Today, our Kindergarten students participated in their very own Track and Field Day. Student spent the afternoon running, jumping, throwing, kicking….and even, resting! A huge THANK YOU to our Grade 8 helpers for their leadership for the successful day.
